How do I return an item?

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us through http://www.micomp.com/support/.
We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

Definition of new, unaltered, and unused condition is:
Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days only returns for service are allowed)
Must not be a special order or a custom order
Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.


Warranty Information


We offer a 1 year warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not be covered in our warranty. Problems from installing internet service need to be directed to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly. Warranty does not cover any software issues and unauthorized repairs/upgrades.
